This agency is like a family, built up of a diverse bunch of people who work with some of the leading names in the industry across FMCG, film and healthcare. They ensure you’ll never have a dull day and try to keep the work diverse and interesting.
You will be the foundation of the creative process, and provide the team with information gleaned from studying markets for relevant data. The ability to think beyond a project is very important, as you must establish where any plan will take the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients
- Examining client’s brands and understand their objectives
- Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns
- Generating original ideas with other members of the team
- Presenting findings to senior staff members and clients
- Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them
- Liaising with senior members of staff to receive feedback and create improvements to strategies
Skills required
- A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit clients/brands
- A good knowledge of various advertising touchpoints and how strategy planning influences them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to make complex subjects understandable
- The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work
- The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
- You will have worked for a creative/advertising agency
- Experience of CRM would be a bonus
