Key duties and responsibilities –

-Striving for excellence at every stage of the design process, from concept creation to final delivery
-Creatively leading and presenting on key projects
-Contributing to a wide range of projects, from branding and packaging design to retail design, structural design, film & animation
-Excellent knowledge and competence in Adobe Suite design software Helping to guide and nurture the talent of junior members of the team
-Being open to unconventional ways of working in order to facilitate new and unexpected results
-Helping to build creative strategy
-Helping to plan and create content for new business & case studies Working closely with the senior client service team
-Liaising with and taking instruction from the CD & ACD
-Working closely and collaboratively with a creative team of all disciplines, including strategists, structural designers, retail designers and animators
-Art directing key photo-shoots
