This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a 360-integrated independent agency across BTL, shopper, social, eCRM, and digital. You will have full autonomy to manage all accounts with the support of the CSD & Founders.

Key activities

  • Being the owner of ‘tier one clients’ and developing strong, profitable relationships
  • Leading the strategic direction of key accounts, anticipating client needs
  • Maintaining operational rigour, including project management and detail
  • Briefing creative teams and ensuring project milestones are met
  • Managing more junior staff and helping them to develop their skills
  • Providing the owners with opinions on ways to improve the agency
  • Keeping up to date with marketplace information, trends and industry news
  • Proactively thinking and acting on ways to develop new and existing business opportunities
  • Working as a team player in the agency, getting involved where needed
  • Wider understanding of partner skills – e.g.: media planning, PR, sponsorship
  • Attending networking events and, where relevant, training courses

Skills required

  • Client relationship development, including reaching specific revenue streams
  • Day to day team management and being responsible for their development
  • Being proactive in areas of agency new business and wider development
  • Understanding relevant client businesses, including sector and marketing
