This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a 360-integrated independent agency across BTL, shopper, social, eCRM, and digital. You will have full autonomy to manage all accounts with the support of the CSD & Founders.
Key activities
- Being the owner of ‘tier one clients’ and developing strong, profitable relationships
- Leading the strategic direction of key accounts, anticipating client needs
- Maintaining operational rigour, including project management and detail
- Briefing creative teams and ensuring project milestones are met
- Managing more junior staff and helping them to develop their skills
- Providing the owners with opinions on ways to improve the agency
- Keeping up to date with marketplace information, trends and industry news
- Proactively thinking and acting on ways to develop new and existing business opportunities
- Working as a team player in the agency, getting involved where needed
- Wider understanding of partner skills – e.g.: media planning, PR, sponsorship
- Attending networking events and, where relevant, training courses
Skills required
- Client relationship development, including reaching specific revenue streams
- Day to day team management and being responsible for their development
- Being proactive in areas of agency new business and wider development
- Understanding relevant client businesses, including sector and marketing
