We’re looking for a MW/Sr Designer to join a creative consultancy.

It’s a global consultancy with a wide mix of clients, ranging across purpose driven work for philanthropic associations, healthcare & pharma brands, and a variety of consumer and corporate clients, covering digital, animation, social, campaign & branding.

The Design team sits within the creative department, and consists of 2 CDs, A DD, 2 Sr Designers, A MW Designer, a Presentation Designer & a Video Producer.

They are looking for somebody to come in at Mid to Senior level, with a view to this person becoming senior within the year (depending on experience).

They have a hybrid working policy, though it’s 3 days on site, they said that generally 2 days on site (Central London) is accepted and done by most, so they’re pretty flexible around that. They want people to work where they feel they are happiest and at their best, but appreciate a little face-time in the studio to keep a friendly, collaborative feel.

This role is to replace one of their Designers that is leaving to go travelling, so they’d love to have somebody on board by October ideally, though they are flexible. They want an Integrated Designer that can work across all disciplines, but it’s really important that this person has good After Effect skills, as they do quite a bit of 2D animations for social, so this Designer will need to contribute in that area.
