The role
We are looking for a creative Mid-weight Designer with good understanding of the Adobe CS package. Experience in working with interactive documents would be beneficial, and experience art working files, ready for print and on-screen use is essential.
You must have some B2B design experience and a design background at mid-weight level for least two years. You will have worked as part of a team on projects for big name brands, in either an in-house or studio environment. You will be confident in working alongside senior designers to bring projects to life, helping to develop concepts into quality artwork files in a consistently accurate manner.
You will have solid design-thinking across all stages of the creative process, research, strategy, expression, and implementation. You will be a confident storyteller, having presented your work and your ideas to Senior Designers previously as well as being a stellar designer, eager to grow and develop.
About you
- A great portfolio of work showcasing your design skills and ability to interpret a design brief accurately and effectively
- A passion and dedication for design with a drive to continue learning
- A team player who is solutions orientated and willing to get involved
- At least 2+ years’ industry experience working at a mid-weight level
- Confident presenter, with the ability to communicate and present your work in a compelling manner
- Comfortable adapting to various visual identity systems and working with client brands
- Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy

Key responsibilities
- Working alongside Senior Designers to develop strong creative solutions
- Generating interesting creative work with good conceptual thought underpinning it
- Maintaining a high level of craft with consistent attention to detail, delivering high quality design work and artwork files
- Offer support and guidance to our Junior Designers on projects
