KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Inspiring and leading the creative team by setting the standard of creative excellence for the studio
-Taking responsibility for all studio output
-Directing creative work to answer the client’s needs in full & deliver above and beyond the clients expectation
-Designing across a range of projects
-Helping select creative team allocations and guiding workflow
-Building and developing the studio team, hosting peer reviews and conducting interviews for new prospects
-Being open to unconventional ways of working in order to facilitate new and unexpected results
-Creatively leading and presenting on key projects
-Reviewing team members of all levels
-Helping to build creative strategy
-Working closely with the senior client service team
-Liaising with and taking instruction from the CD & ACD
-Art directing key photo-shoots
-Influencing and inputting into new business approaches
