This agency is a mixture of data, strategy, and creative specialists who work together across a myriad of briefs, and they have a great opportunity for a senior designer who is ready to take the next step in their career to design director. You will be keen to explore a new challenge, fascinated by insight (understanding what customers really want) and excited to turn these insights into creative solutions for our clients. You’ll love crafting logos, exploring typefaces as well as coming up with BIG brand ideas. You’ll be comfortable working across all platforms, from print and digital to spatial. Although motion skills aren’t a requirement, you think beyond 2D and think about how brands move and come to life.
You’ll work alongside the creative team across a wide range of briefs. Under the ACD, you’ll be the lead designer managing junior members of the team. You’ll be able to manage multiple projects with little oversight. You should be able to turn your hand at both design work as well as creative deck building, laying out the story and making it sing.
