Brand Project Manager

Soho, London
(in the region of) £40,000 + annual bonus and great benefits package

We’ve got a really unique opportunity for a Project Manager that recognises that creativity isn’t confined to 1 industry.

This role has variety, tons of fun, lots of perks, and is a hugely rewarding and is a great opportunity.

Our client is a high end forward thinking equity firm (keep reading – think variety, big budgets and loads of scope for interesting projects), with global offices and its own in house creative team. They are looking for a Project Manager to help with the branding/strategy of the firm and its sub companies and partner brands. The in house creative team handle a whole raft of projects, from internal branding of the firm and it’s sub brands, to external projects for their partner brands, such as doing a pop up shops for well known fashion brands or a social media campaign for famous restaurant chains. They also need projects like the interior design of their NYC offices, or merchandising for partner brands and hosting events for them. They have their own podcast, so there’s branding and promotion for that, as well as design and branding for all kinds of internal collateral, events invites, social media content etc. It’s a really wide and varied role, and this person will provide a creative eye, strategise and project manage the delivery of it all, supported by a graphic Designer, and working under the Chief Brand Officer. It’ll include dealing with 3rd party vendors, negotiating, managing budgets, managing work loads, and timescales, ensuring deadlines are hit and work is delivered to the highest standards.

They have 3 offices at the moment – the HQ in central London , Milan and Luxembourg, with NYC in the making – so there’s opportunity to travel and see some great parts of the world.  Somebody that’s fluent in 2+ languages would be great – though is a bonus, not a prerequisite.
They have amazing offices in Soho, which have all kinds of perks – meditation spaces, yoga classes, restaurant etc – and currently work 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
There’s tons of great perks to working in the finance world – they’re very generous with their employees and really look after then.
This role will be great for somebody that’s organised, dynamic, a great problem solver. A creative at heart, with a great level of taste, and that thrives on diversity and variety in their role – and somebody that recognises that creativity isn’t confined to 1 industry.
